MCA has further extended the date of filing of Form 23AC & ACA (Non XBRL) for the year 2012 till 15th October, 2012 or 30 days of AGM whichever is later vide its Circular dated 3rd Sep. 2012.

Yes. Before it was till 15.0.2012 ot 30 days from AGM, wchevr is later but now its extended to 15.10.2012.
