I had my capital gain transaction on 12th of Janaury.
however due to covid sighted reasons , I am not able to transfer the funds in bonds until 12th of July.
is there any extension of the due date for the same...

As per the latest notification, the period for investment to claim deduction u/s 54EC extended up to 31.09.2021 for the FY 2020-2021
Time limit for FY20-21 has been extended up to 30th Sep 2021

Hello…. Can you help me get the details of the notification. I am facing similar issue where we had sold a property in Jan-Feb 21 and due to the pendamic the investment in capital gain bond got delayed beyond 6 months. I did hear that there has been an extension but cannot find the press release/notification anywhere. Kindly help
