Is there any provision in Central Excise for keeping Excise registered Extended Warehouse( Outside Plant Premises) ?
Pls give the rule no. or Notification no. if there any. Kindly give the procedure of sending materials from plant to this extended warehouse.
you can have have depot regisreted under central excise dealer registration for storage and onward clearence of excisable goods.
