Hi,
Is it mandatory for a normal manufacturer exporter to take the excise registration and then follow the export procedure.
Or manufcaturer exporter can export the goods without registration?
Please clarify..

there is no bar on export by exempted units under central excise,
export turnover is exempted from calculating home consumption of 150 lacs.
