Can a assesse issue invoice with lut or without lut in same FY when assesse have already lut

Yes, an exporter can issue invoices with an LUT (without payment of tax) and without an LUT (on payment of IGST) during the same financial year. Holding an active LUT does not restrict you from opting to pay IGST and claiming a tax refund on specific export invoices.
