we want to export some spares as FOC under warrenty. in export invoice FOB value shown is 0. do we need to prepare ARE1

No need to prepare the ARE1
How it will be exported. By courier
Yes ARE1 will be prepared and value will be of similar goods and export will be under bond ,as applicable
