we are exporting the paper with out payment of duty and we paying cess on paper and edu cess
like
Cess 100/-
Edu cess 2/-
SHE cess 1/-
Is it require to pay education cess, if yes
give me notification

in case of export under bond you dont have to pay basic cenvat duty + edu cess+ S&HSEC, but you have to pay clean energy cess ( applicable on paper)
You didn't need to pay any part of excise duty if you are exporting under LUT.
Means neither Basic,E.cess & S.H.Cess provided you have valid LUT No. & quoted that LUT no. in ARE.
Read Rule 19 of Central excise rules for further clarification.
we are not paying edu cess and SHE cess on excise duty.
we are paying edu cess and SHE cess on CESS ON PAER.
FOR example
