Export trader pay service tax on GTA whether he eligible for refund on the service tax paid

yes, exporter can claim refund if GTA service is used as input.

an STPI unit providing services in domestic tariff area also. there is no bifurcation of cost among export services and domestic services. what will be procedure for taking credit on input services
