I hade export my consignment on 15th June 2020.
but shipping date is 12th June 2020
because of transporter generated shipping bill before pick up the material.
so now my question is
at the time of accounting
which date and which amount should i have considered?

Accounting date shall be Invoice date.. See your export invocie document
Invoice date is accounting date. So, Account the same as per invoice.
