Export proof not received within 6 months

Dear Sir,

We have exported goods to USA under LUT on 5/9/2011.Till february we have not received the export proof. I am discuss our CHA he said that the all expoprt prfoof were send to your organisatuion, But I am not received the export proof. The excise department said that you are submit ANNEXER 19. I am not understand the annexer 19.Why departmet demand the annexer 19. Our goods cleared for export. My problem only that I am not received the export proof.Our CHA send it to us.I am in lot confution, please help to me.

Annexure 19 is a "Statement Regarding Export Of Excisable Goods Without Payment of Duty". It is statuary record for central excise. You have to filled every month to the R/o. It covers list or export during that particular month, POE received details and pending details, payment details for which is not receied in particular time. While filing the Annex-19, you have to reverse the duty involved in all overdue ARE-1s.

In your case, you can extra copy of ARE-1 and send to CHA and get it endorsement.

ARE 1 duly endorsed by Customs authority, Shipping bill and Bill of lading are must for proof of export. All these documents will be arranged by CHA and you need to submit these copies along with Annex-19. If you dont submit, you need to pay excise duty on exported goods along with interest. You tell strictly to your CHA that in case you pay any interest, you will recover the same from him.
