Export of services other than software.
I would like to know whether export of services other than software falls within the purview of Foreing exchange export and import of goods and services rules 2000.If yes what is the form prescribed for disclosure.

Yes certailnly it falls under FEMA. There is no prescibed form. Only exporter has to ensure that export proceeds are repatriated within precribed period.
