If a CA files an ITR of a person residing outside , then , should he charge IGST or CGST & SGST???
Should he also be required to submit
BOND OR LUT with the department???

the Assessee is non resident the supply of Services is export is excempt. If he is resident but other State of service provider then it's inter state supply made IGST. Resident and same state made CGST and SGST....
1. Supply is In India.......... but in which state............ depends......
If Online........ CGST+SGST...........
No paprers are required to be submitted online....... while filing ITR
