Export of Service on supply of customised software
if any person supply customised software from India to USA and payment is received in Indian rupees through RBI guidelines then can we say that it is Export of service?

Both supplier and receipent should not be distinct person in accordance with Explanation 1 given in section 8 of the IGST act 2017 for export of service .
