A Private Limited Co. is not registered under any of the SEZ/100%EOU/FTZ /EHTPschemes.
The Co. is exporting software services to its hoding co. in US.Does it require to file Softex ro any other forms in this regard?
Kindly provide the information with some evidence, in case it is possible.
