Can the export invoice be generated without including the importer's information?

Export Invoice under GST should be as per Rule 46 of the CGST rules 2017 . ( please refer CGST rules 2017 amended till today. ) Hope it is not E.Invoice
No it's cannot be generated without the Importer Information.
At bills to Address importer information is mandatory.
At bills to Address importer information is mandatory.
Importers information is relevant.
