Export in are-1 form query

at the time of clearence from factory, one must have knowledge where the destination of goods are.  if the goods are cleared through Merchant Exporter on Bond then they have to fill the same

In this connection i have left blank the same and submitted to Excise, but Excise officer wish to know the Provision/Rules about fill the "destination" later time by Merchent Exporter.

If any Rules is exist reagrding above please let me know.

at the time of clearance, it should be mentioned, if its subject to transhipment, then immediate destination should be mentioned, it can not be left blank

In the above connection as we do the Export through Marchent Exporter.

Recently one more query is arised for above connection, that in the ARE-1 there is Only name of destination of county is sufficent or Not? our excise superintendent wants to make us to mention the full "Party name & address" at the palace of Country Name.

please help in this issue, and let us know the procedure for the same.

ARE 1 needs the Country or Port and country only 

Annexed Export invoice has the Name and full address of the Consignee ( i.e Importer)
