We are a Pvt Ltd company and Exporting the Goods to our Foreign Customers So Is it necessary for us to cut the Einvoice for Every Export Invoices.
Apart from it, also confirm that we are dealing in e-commerce business and cutting the 50 Invoices on daily basis against supply And We have many B2B invoices that are pending to generate Einvoice IRN. So we have the option to generate the Einvoices for the same after March 2023 whereas the Invoices are related to the FY 22-23.

Notification 13/2020 CT : Yes it is applicable on export Invoice.
As per Rule 48(5) The taxpayer on whom the E-invoice is applicable is required to generate E-invoice compulsory else it is treated as WITHOUT invoice..
So As per Section 31 R/w rule 48 , you cannot supply goods without E-invoice.
Note : Your recipient credit can be deny.
Thus generate all the E-invoics pending now with its original date of issue.
