Can plz somebody tell me that what are the conditions or grounds in order to waive the right of non-fulfillment of export obligation by the exporter....???

It is always possible that an exporter may not able to fulfill his export obligation. In that case he has to return the benefits already taken based on export obligation along with interest. How, and exacly how much amount to pay depends upon the export benefit taken.
