Can I export goods in my own truck? Or do it need to be sent through transporter only?

You can use your own vehicle, you need to mention Vehicle number while preparing E way bill

Customs permit (called Bhansar in Nepali)
Vehicle Permit (called yaatayaat anumati in Nepali)
