Exploitation of articles

What should be done if a CA firm is exploiting the article assistants by outsourcing them to a corporate entity as the articles are available at cheap rate. and they are bind by the corporate entity's work and not with the work of the principal employer. kindly suggest the provisions of the ICAI. also suggest whether such work is allowed during the tenure of articleship or not?
