Hello experts,
One of my client was not able to file it's GST returns due to financial crunch and he received SCN for cancellation of GST registration. But he didn't see that and now the time of replying to the SCN has expired.
Returns of 3 months have not been filed.
What should be done?
Kindly guide me on the course of action to be taken.

Yes, Firstly You do upto date your all pending returns after that visit your jurisdiction officer

File all pending returns.
As you have not replied to the notice the license will be cancellled. Wait for that, and once you get the cancellation notice apply for revocation of cancellation of notice.
