Expired E-way Bill

Dear Experts,
On 21-09-22 we generated an E-way Bill, but couldn't despatch the goods due to some unavoidable reasons, and forgot to cancel it..

The matter came to light only after a week.

Actually the goods were supposed to be exported through a Cargo agent.

Can anyone help me in resolving this.

Is Cargo clearence documents or cerificate from cargo authourites that which goods as per any document not recived by them,were availabe in your part,for ur calrification.
