Is GST Registration for apartment associations beneficial in saving GST outgo, if they r expempt on the ground that no unit of the apartment complex is above 7.5 k maintenance payment/month. Can we also get ITC towards spend on large projects like exterior painting of a large apartment complex with 1.5 lac sq ft space, if registered. Is reg'n mandatory too?Please advise.
