Experience for practice
Being a newly qualified CA, I want to gain knowledge and experience before setting up private practice. what kind of job should I choose ? Big 4 or Mid firm ? what by having experience in one field in Big 4 can I do work relating to every field in private practice ? Please guide me.

Working in Mid Size firm will give you the required amount of knowledge that one needs to start his/her know practice. Working in any of the BIg 4 will help you if you want to do specilization in a particular area.
