Experience certificate from sister concern

I am working in a Company ABC ltd situated in Delhi. But for the payroll purpose the company is paying me salary through one of its sister concern xyz ltd. situated in ghaziabad.At the time of resignation the company would give experience certificate on the letter head of XYZ ltd stating the fact that i am also handling the ABC ltd and other group companies.Would it make any effect on my careeer ABC ltd is better co.than XYZ ltd and at the time of appointment an mail was sent confirming my appointment and the mail was sent from official mail id of ABC ltd.

that wil not matter.. in mah personal view its good that u r working in a group having multiple companies and getting certificate from the main organisation

 

same as with me m working in a leading mining company of the world.. but presently working in a group company of that and yesterday i asked for expereience certificate and now the prob is that i had worket in three companies of the group from last 2 years...

 

so i wil get the certificate on the main group name that so and so had worked with us in our group companies from this date to this date...!!

waise i had noticed that u worries too much of small things.. come one yaar you are a Chartered .. These smal things wil not matters in practically... your experience knowledge will not b shown from these certificates trust me.. when ever u wil join somewhere else your skill and knowledge wil b on how you present.. not on these certificates....

You are not getting my point i am saying that i would get certificate from the company from which i am getting salary (i.e. ghaziabad) and not from the main one in which i am actually working (in delhi) only the mail at the time of appointment was sent from delhi office.

And i had experienced lots of difficulties in career and at present is facing too so these small things bothered me a lot.

ops.. then u must talk with the seniors that though they give certificate of the company from which u having salary payment.. but atleast they wil write the name in the certificate of the company where u r working...

 

 

 

They will write the company name of Delhi also in which i am actually working..........i have also mentioned in my CV that i am working in ABC ltd.(Delhi) but for payroll purpose appointed in XYZ ltd.(ghaziabad).

ya agreed dear.. but simple sa jawab dena does taking tentions helps u in solving probs.. too kal se mein b yehi karta ho because i too having lot of probs related to job and al...

 

ya fir smile makes u strong to fight with these things....

 

 

yes then its ok.... well enough no probs at all if they mentioning the name of the company also where u r working..

 

Everyone knows ki group companies mein aisa hota h so dont bother on this atleast...!!
