It's quite difficult to answer wrt ur query without further details.But to start with..u can first of all categorize cost...fixed...variable...normal ...abnormal...avoidable...unavoidable..and others(can't recall all). The biggest Employee cost would be their salary..fixed component and variable(commission,bonus,overtime,etc)...other category might be conveyance or travelling cost as marketing involves a lot of travelling. Furthermore not all 50 employees would be of same ranking or position...and also they can be classified according to gender..it'll give u more analysis to do...for instance by computing avg revenue generated per woman is more than that of a man... There r many more things that can be done...but it depends on the requirement and what exactly ur management wants to analyze...hope this guidance helps...
