one of the client for whom i have been auditing have brought trees from a far place..!!

They have incurred some frieght..

does that freight to be recorded under the head gardening charges or Hire charges..??

please suggest..!!?

Well this mainly depend on the nature of business if your business is nursery or plantation then expense will come under hire charges if your business is no where related to trees bought than this will be charged as gardending charges
