there is a pvt ltd co. with 2 directors. shareholders with 85% shareholding, appointed directors in EGM held by shareholders since director not held EGM. Now existing directors not filing dir-12 with MCA for newly appointed directors . How the DIR-12 can be filed. Is it possible through back office.
