there is one fixed asset (Maruti Suzuki Swift) in the books(last year's audited) of the company. however, in (last year's)3CD no such asset is reflected. what can be the reason for that

It's just error of ommission .......... and if you think / suspect thn ask directly to the CA who has audited .............:)
