Hi ..

i am plastic item manufactere in Bangalore. and got export order to our overseas client . my company's turn over is below 1.00 crore & my company is not exicable unit. and also i got the order for the which products we are not manufacturing in our factory, we have to out source from other company, but out soucing company is under exice and also packing material(corrugated & packing boxes) are also under exice,

now my question is that,

what to do with this exicable good & how to get rebate of this exice amount

and also how to export this out souce product easily

you can procure goods under B-1 Bond and ARE-1 procedure, you can export the goods without paying excise duty.

In that case, you can act as a Merchant exporter.

Excute a b-1 bond

Procure CT-1 certificate from excise authorities

Procure the goods under CT-1 without payment of duty.

Despatch the goods under ARE-1 under bond

To file proof of export to excise authories to relase the B-1 bond.

To viwe Notification no. 42/2001 CE NT dated 26.06.2001 for more clarifications.

sir tell me one thing if we are procuring goods under CT-1 without payment of duty, still can we claim duty drawback back under AIR rate

It is possible to claim drawback, for that you can get disclaimer certificate from your supplier. I think, little bit difficult is there. Iam not praticed to explain
