i have to move our goods one place to another place for exhibition so what type of invoice issued by me?

Bcoz, You ask as "MOVE". If you want move or sale or taken back or transfer to other exhibition of sale from exhibition hall....?

Ask specifically....

If you are registered in GST, then normal tax invoice as made in case of other supply is sufficient.

suppose i am regular taxpayer exit so can i do my exhibition on Regular GSTN or we will apply for Casual Taxpayer...

Of already doing business in same state then no need to separately registered as casual taxable person.

If you are transferring the goods for exhibition purpose then you can transfer the same under the cover of delivery challan only.No tax invoice is required in such case

if i am doing business as casual so which type of rate applicable IGST or CGST and SGST???

CGST or SGST.... generally but if you transport outside state then IGST.

I am holding Gst Registeration in maharashtra state as composition taxable person, i have to send goods (stock) for sale at exhibition held in another state i.e. Ahemdabad so how can i send goods through transport is E-way bill compulsary or i can send through delivery challan. and if i can send through delivery challan so can you please give me the format of delivery challan.

please go through gst ciruclar number Circular No.10/10/2017-GST dated 18th October, 2017 onClarification on issues wherein the goods are moved within the State or fromthe State of registration to another State for supply on approval basis

U can't send gooda under Composition so u have to ragistetd as casual taxpayer person

hi I have transfer to goods noida office(Register GST Office) to Delhi Exhibition(not register GST) by delivery challan. so what i charge tax(IGST or CGST&SGST)???
