MCA has issued a notification providing exemptions to Private Co. from some sections of the Comapanies Act, 2013.
My query is Whether the notification has been passed by parliament??
If yes, kindly attach a copy of the same.

It's only a draft notification ..... dated 24/6/2014 proposing to give partial exemption to private companies . Please note that this is only a draft notification as on today....
It was supposed to be placed in the parliament on 15th of July and was supposed to be passed by 15th August. And if no modification was made within one month i.e by 15th august, it was supposed to be final. So on the basis of this, can it be taken that this draft notification is final??
Please Clarify.
