Exemptions for icaew in uk

CPE credit 2176 views 1 replies

Hi,

I could not clear the CA Final exam in India, but moved to UK permanently now. I have B. Com qualification as well.

Contacted ICAEW in UK regarding exemptions. They said exemptions allowed only for fully qualified ICAI members. Another personnel was unsure but asked me to pay £165 registration cost as a student and apply for credits (by paying £85 for each module) and that I may receive some exemptions.

I am contemplating CIMA as well.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

Praba

yeah its true only qualified CA from ICAI cn take exemptions...

you have to enroll for their modules.... if you would hv cleared CA final you would hv to give only 3 exams for ACA...
