I have secured 78 and 71 in 2 out of 3 subjects of second group of ipcc.
now can i claim exemption in both of these subjects or i have to surrender one?

Whether both are in same attempt?? Then no need to surrender
both in first attempt
Plz refer regulations 38A of ca act 1988...u can avail exemption for both papers... Share ur mailid i will send u notification.... Only appear for that subject in which u r fail... I mean only one subject... All the best
