May I know what is the rate of deduction (100% or 50%) allowed u/s 80G if the donation is made to "PRIME MINISTER BIHAR FLUD RELIEF FUND"

If it is in nature to section 80G(2)(a)(iiihf) then it will be allowed as deductiono at 100% else 50%
