i got exemption in june 2009 in Second group MICS paper. can i avail the benefit of exemption in upcoming exam nov 2010. please confirm me the exemption relaxation is three(3) attempts which is including or excluding the attempt of which exemption given.

I think exemption is for Next 3 attempts excluding the attempt in which you get exempt. you will definatly get exemption in Nov. 10 also
