I have secured Exemption in Advanced Accounting Nov 2017.
Now due to some unforeseen circumstances iam unable to attend ITSM paper,
does it leads to cancellation of my Exemption?

The exemption is valid for 3 attempts it is valid for May 2018 Nov 2018 and May 2019
Even not attending for examination, would not cause to cancellation of my Exemption?

sir I am take a housing loan and every year I am exampted emi in different section in that time I am not use that property some of months and also I am exampted 24(B) and 80C in that time any rules that we can't sale niminum any year or. no time limit any time sale this property.
