Exemption in only 1 paper

Exemption is available for only 1 paper per group???

Frnds,

i gave my pcc in june 09. i cleared 1st group. in the second group i lost in costing. however i scored above 60 in tax and ITSM. but in my marks list a # mark was put agst my tax marks only 7 not agst ITSM. does that mean exemption is available 4 only 1 subject?

is there any notification 4 the same?
