i got exemption in may 2018 , how to surrender this exemption

You can surrender your exemption. The process for the same is:
You have to write a letter to the Additional Secretary (Examinations) about surrendering of exemption and attach your mark sheet. ICAI will send you a proforma which will you have to fill and submit. ICAI will then confirm you about surrendering exemption.
