Are there any exemption in CWA course for company secretary.

yes exemptions are available to company secretaries in the following papers in cwa course

Foundation Course (4 Papers)- Complete exemption
Intermediate Course

Paper 5 - Financial Accounting

Paper 7 - Applied Direct Taxation
Final Course

3. Financial Management & International Finance (Paper 12)

4. Indirect & Direct Tax Management ( Paper 14)
