dear omraj if u get exemption then u will have to score only 140 because u need only aggregrate marks.in which subject is not relevant.

Agreed. Also consider 40 minimum marks in each subject along with aggregate of 140.

OF COURSE IT IS TO TOTALLED AS 200 MARKS IN TOTAL OF ALL THE 4 SUBJECTS.

I.E 200 INCLUDES MARKS IN EXEMPTED PAPER ALSO. PROVIDED YOU MUST SCORE ATLEAST 40 MARKS IN EACH REMAINING SUBJECTS.

E.G

IN ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE 80 MARKS IN PAPER-1

THEN YOU HAVE TO SCORE 40 IN EACH OF THE 3 REMAINING PAPERS.

AND YOUR TOTAL WILL BE              40*3=120

                                                  + 80 IN ACCOUNTS

                                              -------------

                                                   200 MARKS.

SIMILARLY IF YOU GET 75 IN ACCOUNTS YOU HAVE TO SCORE MINIMUM 120 IN ALL IN 3 SUBJECTS AND 5 MARKS IN ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE 3 SUBJECTS OR IN COMBINATION (200-120-75)

I THINK YOUR QUERY HAS BEEN SOLVED.

WITH REGARDS,

KALPESH

IN SHORT 120 MINIMUM AND 140 IN TOTAL
