I dont think so, institute is not a psycho to play mind game with us.

der may b sum technical difficulties.But it should not do all this.

it failed to reach its deadline.

since may-09 its doing the same.

But it never apologised  for its own mistake.

dis is very bad as a professional body is doing so.

Offcourse,even now we cant be sure dat dey will be out by 3pm.

But lets hope for the best.
