Exciseable goods send for reparing

As per the CER 2002, Rule16A, Inputs received in a factory may be removed as such or after being partiall processed to a job worker for further processing, repairs etc....subject to the fulfilment of conditions specified in this behalf by the commissioner of CE...

before sending the excise materials for further processing , repairs, testing, reconditoning, intimated to the department about the materials which will be removing and what will be process undertaking by the party..

While removing the excise materials, Annexure II should be raised, which is available in stationery... And for the Annexure II, register should be maintained on bill to bill basis...
