Excise transaction

Sir/Madam,

please advice me we are registered in excise as a trading firm we order the goods to delhi party who is unregistered in excise .he supplied the goods directly from manufacturer who is registered in excise and show us a consignee in transport copy and buyer delhi party.Can we pass cenvat against this invoice yes or no.....? if yes we are first stage dealer or second stage dealer.

Dear Sir

It is not possible.  You can transfer what you have taken credit for that particular product.  In these case you will not pay excise duty for that product.

Thanks for reply I mean we are eligible to take credit in rg23d yes or no if yes what we mention in our sale invoice first stage or second stage....?

As a dealer you can take credit and can pass to your customer.
