One of My client is engaged in production of fly ash bricks from October 2013. As per his information this is exempt from tax... Please clear me is these bricks are exempt from tax or they are taxable.

In this regard plz clear your produicts details used and how to make it. Excise products is exempt area bases, product bases and Govt. policies bases. Plz clear as soon as possible. I think Ash Bricks Chapter Heading is 68 of First Schedule.
