Dear Colleagues,

Can there be separate Excise Registration for same manufacturer but two different factory locations ?

yes, diff locations needs separate registrations, and value is to be clubbed for both.

Dear friend,

But say if there are 2 diff PAN card manufacturers for 2 diff locations in which you have common direcotes will that come under the clubbing of clearances pervue?

Plz help.

each separate PAN which is used for registrartion means separate identity, however in due course if its traced by department the facts that directors are common and any business relation is established between these two companies then clubbing provisions may get enforced.
