Proprietary Manufacturing concern is having following turnover from April to September:
1) Domestic turnover of excisable goods of Rs. 50 Lakhs.
2) Sale of excisable goods to EOU and SEZ,s Rs. 85 Lakhs.
Total Turnover Rs. 135 Lakhs
Total turnover is likely to exceed Rs. 150 Lakhs during this year. ( But domestic turnover will not exceed Rs. 100 Lakhs).
Whether it required to register under the central excise and pay duty on domestic sales.?
