We have one premise having two floors. First floor is used by the landlord for his business (job Worker) & second floor is rented out to other one. The tenant wants to get registration under excise for his business (mfr.). Can it be possible when the entrance of both floor from one gate.
Also tell me, telephone bill can be attached as ownership proof of landlord .
In my view, it is not necessary that both entrance from one gate for Excise Registration. You can taken the Central Excise Registration for first floor and you explain hereby that you are manufacturer and doing Job work. Both are separte activities in Central Excise Department.
If you manufacturer then applied for Central Excise Registration.
If you are Job Worker then applied for Service-Tax Registration.
Further, various document required for Central Excise Registration i.e
ID Proof, Resi. Proof, Product Item, Layout plan, Cost of Investment, List of plant machinery, Office address proof and rest various document required.
