I need one clarifcatio,
we have Factory at Ahemdabad which is registered under manufacture license. Since the business is expanding we have deicded to open depots which will be owned by our company accross the india. Material will be stock transfered from Factory to Depots and from there itwill be sold to end customers. If this is the situation do we need to register all our deopots under central excise because we may have to issue excise dealer invoice to our end customers. If we register are we complied with all the returns formaliies.
