Excise Rebate claim

want some guideline for late submittion of rebate claim of excise duty.

I was export goods under rebate claim but some how i was not received all documents from my customer & time limit of submittion of application was passed.

in course of export claim, there is no document required from "customer", if you had to seek more time, then u had to apply to AC/DC with details to grant more time. 

put your query in details to get some clue to get any remedy if possible.

seek permission from your juridictional ac/dc, he is able to condone the delay.
